BANK HOLIDAY STORE OPENING
Please check carefully on the store locator the Bank Holiday opening hours of the Boots Pharmacy you would like to collect from. Please note that for some services (e.g. Morning After Pill and Cystitis), you need to take any prescribed medicines within a certain time. If you need help in changing the location of the pharmacy you are collecting from, please call us in 0800 0318386 during our opening hours.
BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY AND DISPATCH
There will be no delivery or dispatch of orders on Monday 6th May. Any orders for home delivery (including Test Kits) received after 3pm on Friday 3rd May will be dispatched from Tuesday 7th May onwards (if clinically approved by our prescribers).
SPECIAL DELIVERY (selected Weight Loss treatments)
We would recommend that you choose to collect your order from one of over 2,000 Boots stores. Any orders placed for home delivery that require Special Delivery may take up to 6 days to arrive, as Royal Mail do not deliver any Special Delivery parcels during this time.
