We’ll send your test kit by first class mail in plain packaging. Order before 4pm for same working day despatch (excludes Sundays and bank holidays).
Follow our simple instructions to collect the sample we need. Use the prepaid packaging we provide and drop it off at any Royal Mail postbox.
We should have your test result in 2–3 days of receiving your sample.
We’ll give you the result in your patient record and advise you what to do next.
Just like your local GP or GUM clinic, we can help you get the tests and advice you need.
Our chlamydia gonorrhoea home test kit is an accurate laboratory test that checks for genital chlamydia and genital gonorrhoea.
Collect a sample at home using the kit we provide, then mail it back to our partner laboratory.
If the test shows you have chlamydia, you and any partners can use our chlamydia treatment service to get the antibiotics you need, providing the treatment is suitable for you. There’s a separate charge to get treated.
If you test positive for both chlamydia and gonorrhoea or just gonorrhoea you and any partners will need to go to a clinic for treatment.
If you start to show symptoms before you get your results you must visit your GP or health clinic.
The test kit is unlikely to detect chlamydia or gonorrhoea if you got either of them in the last two weeks.GET STARTED

We offer a different STI home test kit which tests for these infections in your genitals, throat or anus.
If you have a new sexual partner or you’re worried you may have been exposed to someone else with chlamydia or gonorrhoea you should get tested.
If you’ve got chlamydia or gonorrhoea symptoms, we can’t offer you a test or treatment. You must visit your GP or health clinic. It’s important to get treated because if left untreated it can lead to long-term health problems.GET STARTED
