We can help you get a good night’s sleep

Insomnia is when you have problems falling asleep or staying asleep, and it can have a significant impact on your quality of life.

If you have insomnia for fewer than 3 months, it’s called short-term (acute) insomnia. It usually improves when the underlying cause is addressed.

Insomnia that affects your sleep on at least 3 nights a week for 3 months or longer is known as long-term (chronic) insomnia.

The first and often most effective treatment for chronic insomnia is cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBTi) available through the NHS. If you’ve already tried CBTi or if it isn’t available in your area, we can give advice and offer melatonin or Quviviq (daridorexant) tablets to help improve your quality of sleep.

Just fill out our questionnaire and we can prescribe treatment, if it’s suitable for you.
