3PM on Tuesday, December 23 to 8AM on Saturday, December 27.

Treatments prescribed before this time will still be available to collect after 3PM on Tuesday, December 23 — please check the opening hours of your chosen Boots store before placing your order.

For this service you need to take any prescribed medicines within a certain time.  If you need help changing the pharmacy collection location, please call us on 0203 3183 773 during our opening hours.

BANK HOLIDAY STORE OPENING

To collect your order before Thursday 25th December, order by 3pm on Tuesday 23rd December. Any orders placed after this time will be available to collect from Saturday 27th December.

Store opening hours may change over the Bank Holiday period, so please check the opening times carefully when selecting your Boots store. You can find information about your chosen store here.

BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY AND DISPATCH

Orders for home delivery placed after 3PM on Sunday, December 21 will be dispatched from Saturday, December 27.

SPECIAL DELIVERY (selected Weight Loss treatments)

Any orders placed for home delivery between at 3pm Sunday 21st December and Sunday 28th December that require Special Delivery may take up to 7 - 10 days to arrive.
