Jaynee began her career in a Boots community pharmacy, where she worked for 5 years while training for her role as a pharmacy technician. She then worked for a group of GP practices for 2 years and joined Boots Online Doctor in October 2023. She was also a safeguarding lead during this time.
Jaynee values the way digital healthcare offers accessible services to more people. She also takes pride in knowing patients can get help from a network of experts from the comfort of their home, at a time that suits them.
