About
Jia Xin Lim joined the Boots Online Doctor team as a pharmacist independent prescriber in April 2023. Prior to this, she worked as a pharmacy manager at an independent community pharmacy before becoming a senior clinical pharmacist at a GP practice. She continues to work in this role part-time alongside her work in digital healthcare.
Jia believes online medicine increases the accessibility and convenience to quality healthcare. This in turn improves patient care by allowing early intervention and better management of chronic illnesses.

Interests
Jia values being active and goes to the gym almost every day. She’s also currently working her way through her ‘30 things to do before turning 30’ list. With just 8 more to go, some of the highlights so far have been solo travels and being able to do 5 unbroken pull-ups.
