About
Dr Noor Al-Shammary graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2008 and undertook training in Anaesthetics before becoming a GP in the West Midlands. She’s a strong advocate of empowering patients with access to more knowledge and the ability to have more responsibility for their own healthcare.
Before joining Boots Online Doctor in January 2022, Dr Noor worked in a range of private and NHS GP practices. She continues to work as a Locum GP in the South London area.
Dr Noor is actively involved in education and has taught final year medical students at Imperial College, London. She’s also currently studying for Membership of the Royal College of Physicians.

Interests
Dr Noor has an interest in medical ethics and law and has undergone postgraduate training in this subject with the University of Manchester.
